2. How to Initiate a Return

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in its original condition.

  • If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. For PayPal payments, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to assist you with exchanges, although we do not currently offer an automatic exchange process. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item.

  • New Order: Once we process your return, you can place a new order for the item you want to exchange for.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the new item must meet the return eligibility requirements.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We want to make it right for you. Please follow these steps:

6. Late or Missing Refunds
